  • Vacant Home Staging – Full-home furnishing and styling with monthly rental pricing based on size and scope. (Starting at $1,500/month for small homes)
  • Individual Room Staging – Ideal for focusing on key spaces like the living room, dining area, or primary bedroom. ($300–$800 per room)
  • Virtual Staging – Digitally rendered furniture and décor to enhance online listings. (Starting at $45 per image)

1. Consultation & Property Review

We begin with a walk-through to evaluate layout, lighting, and market goals. You’ll receive tailored recommendations for decluttering, layout changes, or full staging based on the property’s needs.


2. Staging Proposal & Design Plan

A custom proposal outlines furniture placement, style direction, and costs. For vacant homes, this includes a floor plan; for occupied listings, it details which items stay, what should be removed, and suggested updates.


3. Installation & Styling

We handle all logistics—delivery, setup, and styling—to ensure the home looks inviting and balanced. Occupied homes are enhanced with strategic styling, while vacant properties are fully furnished for maximum buyer appeal.


4. Photography & Listing Support

We coordinate with your photographer to ensure the home photographs beautifully and can provide on-site styling for picture-perfect results.


5. Destaging & Wrap-Up

Once the property sells or the listing period ends, we remove all items and return the home to its original condition. Any post-staging touch-ups are outlined clearly in advance.
